Optimization of the existing shareholder benefit program

Empire Brand Building AG announces that the current shareholder benefit program will be replaced by a new, expanded cashback program. The program is available to all shareholders who hold at least 100 shares of the company at the time of purchase.

Eligible shareholders will receive 5% cashback on purchases in the group's online shops. The refund applies to orders on the following platforms:

Familienmarktplatz.de – the versatile online shop for families

CleoTess.de – the cosmetics and perfume shop for beauty lovers

Squerk.com – the lifestyle shop for intimate products

The cashback program cannot be combined with discount promotions and does not apply to discounted items or orders where discount codes are used.

To participate, simply submit your receipt and proof of ownership of at least 100 Empire Brand Building AG shares at the time of purchase to the Investor Relations team. After verification, the data will be forwarded to the respective stores, who will pay out the cashback amount directly.
